Pursuant to Board Policy BDD, paragraph 6, requests to make public comments must be sent no later than two business days prior to a Board meeting. The request must be made to the Board Secretary and must inform the Secretary of the topic(s) to be addressed.  Individuals may address the Board for no more than five minutes.
