| May 1st | Decisions are released | Decisions will be released via email and uploaded to student application portals. |
| May 8th | Student Responses Due | All Accepted and Waitpool students must accept or decline their status offer and register for placement testing to maintain their position at IMSA. |
| May 12th | Placement Testing (Downstate Illinois Location) | All Accepted and Waitpool students must attend one Placement Testing date |
| May 19th | Placement Testing (Aurora Location- IMSA Campus) | All Accepted and Waitpool students must attend one Placement Testing date |
June 16th, June 17th, or June 25th
| Orientation | Accepted students will be required to attend ONE of these Orientation Dates. *Dates updated as of 2/21/23* |
| July 1st | Student/School Fees, and Out-of-State Tuition Invoices are Available | Invoices will be available online in the MySchoolBucks link through PowerSchool |
| July 9th - 28th | Excel Program | Students invited to this 3 week summer program will be required to attend during these dates. |
| August 1st | 1st or Full Payments Due | Student/School Fees and Out-of-State tuition 1st or Full Payments are due. |
| August 16th | Sophomore Move-In | All sophomores will be required to move in this day. |
| August 18th | Convocation (First day of school) | This is the last day for students to be pulled from the waitpool. |
| August 21st | First Day of Classes | Students will start their assigned classes. |
