Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony

Ceremony starts at 3:30 p.m. Doors open at 2:30 p.m.
NIU Convocation Center, DeKalb, IL
As an integral part of the IMSA community, we invite you to celebrate this milestone with the Class of 2026. IMSA’s Graduation Ceremony is a ticketed event and NIU will require an admission ticket for all attendees. ASL Interpreters will be available, on stage, left side when facing the stage.
A YouTube Livestream link will be available soon for those unable to attend in person.
Northern Illinois University Convocation Center
Families will be responsible for securing the graduate’s transportation to NIU for the graduation ceremony. Graduates will be released directly to their families following the ceremony. It will be important that no personal items are left at NIU or IMSA.

The Commencement Group – Floral Bouquets
We’re excited to partner with The Commencement Group, a company that has been in business for 25 years, offering on-site flower arrangements and enhancing graduates’ milestone. The Commencement Group will be available at NIU on graduation day, you won’t have to worry about carrying in flowers prior to the ceremony. Pre-ordering will end on the evening of Friday, May 30th. There will be a limited number of arrangements available for purchase on graduation day.
