IMSA’s Girls IN2 STEM is a peer-to-peer mentoring program for youth who wish to learn about women’s historical contributions and innovations towards science, technology, engineering and math and who wish to ignite their passion for a STEM career. We recognize that women remain underrepresented in the STEM workforce and we value having mentors, role models and champions to close this gap by empowering tomorrow’s female leaders today. Our conference honors equity and inclusion and welcomes all who wish to attend.
