To: Summer 'AD'Ventures Campers,

It is with profound gratitude that I write you today. Words cannot express how much I appreciate your help in evaluating the risk associated with Near Earth Objects (NEOs) colliding with the Earth. Though I now know that not everyone agrees with my assessment of the need for a dedicated site to find and study NEOs, I will make a careful study of each of your web sites and reflect upon your findings and recommendations. I have seen many of your web sites and I can testify that you have made excellent strides toward understanding this complex issue. As in all complex issues, people will some times have honest disagreements that result from differences in values. I respect these values and the differences in opinion that result. As I believe that you can see, even objective science is not completely value free and decisions are not always easy to make.

My fervent hope is that you will continue the efforts you have begun today -- to think and work like real scientists. Never forget that life-long learning will make your time here on planet Earth more interesting and rewarding. Keep up the fine work!

Cordially yours,

Dr. Carl J. Wenning
