Information and Technology Services (ITS)
Information and Technology Services (ITS) deals with operations, maintenance, and applications development projects for all Academy computing systems. ITS is divided into two teams. The Network Operations team deals with the physical network infrastructure, server hardware and operating systems, and desktop hardware installation and support. The Applications team deals with projects and software that require user interaction with information, such as databases, the Academy's web site, and a myriad of desktop applications. The Applications team is also responsible for providing staff training on both computer-based and web-based programs.
IMSA-ITS keeps the majority of the information about itself on its intranet site, which one can access from:
- any computer on IMSA's campus (no password required)
- off campus by visiting intranet.imsa.edu/cns and logging in with one's IMSA e-mail password.
